Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Cardium website, player accounts, wallet interfaces, identity-verification process and desktop download service. Cardium is the service name; the operator's supplied details appear below. Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before creating an account or using paid services.

Creating an account requires affirmative acceptance of the terms. Tournament, promotion or application-specific conditions may apply in addition and must be presented with the relevant service. A website visit, installer download or deposit does not by itself guarantee entry to an event, a reward or a right to play in a particular jurisdiction.

You must be at least 18 and meet any higher minimum age and other requirements that apply where you are located. You must not use the service where participation is unlawful or prohibited. Do not use location-masking tools or another person's identity to evade restrictions.

A country option in a form, an accessible website or a listed tournament is not a statement that regulated play is licensed in that country. Confirm the operator, licensing, territorial eligibility and event rules before transferring funds or participating. Verification does not replace local legal requirements.

Provide accurate registration information, use an email account you control and keep account details current. Use your own account and do not sell, share or transfer access. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for notifying support when you suspect unauthorized access.

Use a unique password and secure your email. Cardium support does not need your private crypto keys or recovery phrase. Session expiration, security checks or password changes can require you to sign in again. Do not create additional accounts to evade a restriction, limit or review.

An approved KYC review is required before a new withdrawal request. The form requires identity details, images of a supported unexpired document and a selfie with the document. Submit only authentic documents belonging to you; do not alter images or misrepresent identity or age.

Review is manual. Additional or clearer documents may be requested, and rejected submissions may be resubmitted with the requested corrections. Submission is not approval, and no fixed review time is guaranteed. You can review your current status in the KYC section and contact support about a decision.

Your website balance is denominated in USD. A deposit quote specifies the supported asset and network, receiving address, exact crypto amount, USD credit and expiry time. The quote uses the exchange rate available when it is created; later market movements do not authorize a different transfer amount.

New quotes expire after one hour. Send one direct transfer using the exact amount and selected network. Include every decimal shown and account for any withdrawal fee charged by your sending wallet or exchange. Do not round the amount, reuse expired instructions, or send an unsupported asset.

Balance credit requires independently verified blockchain confirmation. A transaction screenshot, submitted transaction hash or statement that payment was sent is not confirmation. Expired quotes close, but transfers included on-chain before the deadline can still finish verification afterward. Transfers arriving late, with a different amount or through an unsupported mechanism require support review and are not automatically credited.

Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. Wrong-network or wrong-address transfers may be unrecoverable. Do not send funds unless you understand the instructions. Any proposed recovery terms or additional charges must be explained and accepted before an optional recovery service is performed.

A withdrawal requires verified email, approved KYC, a supported destination and the current account password. You can request no more than your available balance. A request reserves the amount while it is reviewed; submission does not mean a payout has already occurred.

Pending requests may be cancelled through the account interface before processing. Review and network conditions can affect timing. Additional information may be needed to resolve an issue. Any applicable payout charges must be disclosed before confirmation; your external wallet, exchange or network may apply its own fees.

The account balance is a service ledger, not a promise of interest, investment return, bank deposit insurance or cryptocurrency price stability. Keep transaction references and report discrepancies promptly. You remain responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations that apply to your use of the service.

New accounts have a default rolling 24-hour deposit limit of USD 10,000. Existing user-selected limits are preserved. You can lower your limit in Playing limits; setting it to zero pauses new deposits. Outstanding transfers may continue to count until their verification is resolved.

A default or maximum limit is not a spending recommendation. Only participate with funds you can afford to lose and take breaks when needed. A deposit limit is not a complete self-exclusion system. Contact support about account restrictions or closure and review the Responsible play page for further guidance.

Use the service honestly and without interfering with other users, the platform or its security.

• No fraud, stolen payment funds, identity impersonation, forged documents, money laundering or unlawful activity.
• No collusion, cheating, unauthorized game automation, account sharing or manipulation of events, rewards or financial records.
• No attempts to bypass access checks, rate limits, eligibility controls or the review process.
• No malicious uploads, unauthorized security attacks, harassment or misuse of personal data. Responsible reports of suspected vulnerabilities can be sent through support.

The download panel offers the available Windows and macOS installers to signed-in users. Installer availability and compatibility may change. Use only the official download path, inspect platform warnings and do not disable operating-system security controls to install an unexpected file.

Downloads may be restricted for abuse prevention, including user-agent checks and rate limits. These checks do not certify the identity of a visitor. A successful download does not grant access to every game or service. Additional app terms and privacy notices apply where presented during installation or use.

You may use the supplied software for its intended personal purpose, subject to applicable terms and law. Do not redistribute it as your own, remove ownership notices or use it to compromise the service. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law or an open-source licence expressly grants.

Read the specific format, eligibility, entry, prize, timing and cancellation rules before entering a tournament or accepting a promotion. Promotional descriptions do not replace those rules. No bonus or return is guaranteed merely because an account is created or funded.

Schedules and service information can require correction. Material changes affecting an accepted paid service should be explained with the options required by the applicable event rules and law. Third-party logos, industry links or payment asset names do not imply sponsorship, licensing or endorsement.

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for security, eligibility checks, suspected misuse, legal obligations or unresolved account issues. Restrictions should be proportionate to the issue. Where lawful and appropriate, the reason and steps to resolve it should be explained.

You can request account closure through support. Closure does not reverse a blockchain transfer or remove legitimate outstanding obligations. Pending payments, withdrawal eligibility and any lawful restrictions must be resolved before remaining funds can be handled. These terms do not authorize arbitrary confiscation of a legitimate balance.

Maintenance, infrastructure failures, external providers and blockchain conditions can interrupt access or delay verification. The service cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular network confirmation time. If an action appears to fail, check its status before repeating it or sending another payment.

These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remove mandatory consumer remedies. Any responsibility for loss is determined under applicable law and the relevant facts. A technical disclaimer is not permission to ignore an incorrectly recorded payment, an accepted obligation or an account security report.

Contact support with your account or transaction reference and a clear description of the issue. Do not include passwords, active recovery links or private keys. Keep the request reference, and ask for a further review if the response does not resolve the matter.

Any applicable governing-law or regulator details supplied by the operator appear below. No unlisted licence or regulator is implied. Nothing in these terms removes a right to complain to a competent authority or use a court or remedy that mandatory law makes available to you. There is no compulsory arbitration or class-action waiver in these website terms.

Updates are identified by the version date on this page. Material changes should be brought to users' attention before they take effect and, where required, presented for acceptance. New terms do not retrospectively rewrite a completed transaction or remove accrued mandatory rights.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law. A summary is provided for readability and does not replace the detailed sections. This version is provided in English; any translation must preserve your mandatory legal rights.
