Step by step
- Select Log in at the top of the website.
- Enter your account email and password.
- Select Log in to open your player dashboard.
- On a shared device, sign out when you have finished.
If sign-in fails
Check that your email is complete and that Caps Lock is not changing your password. Use the password visibility button to check what you entered in private. If you still cannot sign in, request a reset link instead of repeatedly guessing: too many attempts can temporarily limit further requests.
