How do I request a withdrawal?
A withdrawal request reserves funds from your available balance while it is reviewed. Creating a request is not the same as a completed transfer.
Which cryptocurrencies and payment methods can I use?
Deposits support BTC, ETH, BNB, TRX, SOL and USDT on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, TRON and Solana. Your wallet shows the networks currently available.
Why is my deposit still pending?
Pending means the account has not yet received a matching, confirmed payment. A blockchain transaction and a completed Cardium deposit are separate stages.
What do withdrawal statuses mean?
Your transaction history shows how far a withdrawal has progressed. The available and reserved balance figures help explain where the requested funds are held.
Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?
Eligible pending requests can be cancelled from the wallet. Cancellation releases the reserved amount back to your available balance.
Why are available and reserved balances different?
Available balance can be used for a new request. Reserved balance has already been set aside for a withdrawal and cannot be used again.
Where can I see my payment history?
Payment history records deposits and withdrawals, including their amounts, assets, references and current statuses. It is separate from your playing history.
