Step by step
- Pending: the amount is reserved and awaits review.
- Processing: an operator has taken the request for payout handling.
- Completed: the payout has been recorded with its transfer reference.
- Cancelled or failed: check the transaction details and your returned available balance.
Reserved funds
Reserved funds are not available for a second withdrawal. If a request remains pending, the wallet can offer cancellation. Once processing has started, that cancellation option is no longer available. A completed status records the operator’s payout confirmation; receipt in an external wallet still depends on the destination and network.
