What information should I include in a technical report?

A concise description of the steps that caused a problem is more useful than repeatedly submitting the same request. Include enough detail to identify the affected feature.

Step by step

  1. Name the page or application feature you were using.
  2. Describe the steps, expected result and actual result.
  3. Include the error text, device, browser or app version and time.
  4. Add a transaction or hand reference only when it is relevant.

Leave out sensitive information

Do not send your password, two-step codes, recovery links, wallet seed phrase or private keys. If a screenshot or log is needed later, remove unrelated personal details and secrets before sharing it. The contact form currently accepts text; it does not upload attachments or automatically collect your device logs.
